Your recordings, your terms.Paid every time they’re used.

Record conversations or upload your own. When a research team licenses your data, you get paid. When they license it again, you get paid again. Brokers pay once. Datta pays on every license event.

01/your four questions

You own it. You consent to it. You earn from it.

q_01

Do I own my recordings?

Yes. Sessions you record or upload stay yours: you license them on your terms, you don’t sell them. Research teams get a license to use your data; ownership never leaves you.

q_02

What did I consent to?

Only what you explicitly agreed to. Nothing enters the corpus without your consent, given per session. If you record with a partner, every participant consents, with the revenue split agreed up front (50/50 is the default for partner recordings).

q_03

What do I earn?

A share of every license event. When a lab licenses a session you contributed, an earning line is written to your ledger. If another lab licenses it, or the same lab licenses it again, that writes another line. Recurring income, not a one-time check.

q_04

When do I get paid?

Every Friday. Your balance settles out every Friday at 9:00 AM. Not “net 90,” not “when we get around to it.” Every Friday.

consented at the source · paid at every use

02/how it works

Three steps between you and a ledger.

1

Record or upload.

Record a session right in the browser, solo or with a partner. Or upload recordings you already have, up to 5 GiB. Conversational voice and video, today.

2

Consent, on your terms.

Every participant consents explicitly before a session enters the corpus. Recording with a partner? You set the revenue split up front, and 50/50 is the default.

3

Earn on every license.

When a lab licenses a session you contributed, an earning line is written to your ledger. Your balance settles out every Friday at 9:00 AM.

03/the ledger

Not a payout promise. A ledger.

Every license event is a row: who licensed, which pool, what your share is. You watch earnings accrue line by line, then settle weekly.
